Little Learners Academy (LLA) of Holy Family Ministries is a Junior Kindergarten (JK) Program ages 3-5 that offers wrap-around child care services for parents of Holy Family School. We offer a year-round program, including before/aftercare and summer enrichment options. Our program offers a safe space, where children develop confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills using a hands-on project-approach method. It is our dream to have extra funds to bring quality classroom materials-supplies, equipment and professional development to our program. It is our DREAM to equip our teachers with I-pads to become more savvy with the use of technology and create better time management skills within the classroom.

The fulfillment of this DREAM would help our teachers use our current COR Advantage Curriculum/Data platform with ease, using the touch of an app throughout the center. It will also give us the chance to streamline the use of valid and reliable assessment items, have easier access to create reports that satisfy state funding requirements, use digital messaging and newsletters to families via email and text, and create time-saving digital daily reports alongside self-guided online professional development. There is a lack of equipment in our center and often times not reliable when we gain access. Granting us this DREAM with help off-set cost to purchase new I-pads for eight staff (Teacher & Teacher Associate) for four Junior Kindergarten classrooms. We would raise the remaining cost to purchase all tablets.
