About Good Shepherd Christian Academy

Good Shepherd Christian Academy utilizes diverse teaching methods to build a challenging, engaging curriculum. Students complete project-based learning focused on critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and self-management. Students engage in a rigorous process of asking questions, finding resources, and applying information. Projects feature real-world content that speaks to students’ personal concerns and interests.

El Sistema Music

Good Shepherd Christian Academy incorporates the El Sistema music philosophy and methods into student instruction. In El Sistema, students use their bodies and voices as an instrument, accrue basic understanding of music note values, and begin to understand reading music notes in the treble clef.  Students feel an ownership of the music process, taking responsibility for both individual and group improvement.

From Our Parents

A Letter From Dawn Robinson

CLEF’s mission is to provide academic excellence to our students in a Christian environment. Today that can mean at-risk remote learning, in place of classroom instruction and safety. How can we help provide our students and their families with a Christian perspective in the face of despair, anger, racism, and destruction?
