“My daughter started [at Concordia Place] this past fall, and the staff has been wonderful helping her adjust. They’ve been mindful of her uncertainty, meeting her needs with age-appropriate strategies (she’s 4 and was coming from a home-based daycare where she was used to a very free environment and had grown up with all the other children). Within a week, it was obvious she was comfortable at Concordia. I love how friendly the entire staff is, from the Director to the all the teachers. Every person I’ve spoken to has been open and understanding on a daily basis, always willing to listen and work with me. They’ve adjusted to our family’s crazy schedule and are very quick with their communication. I love that they serve (and provide menus of) healthful food and provide daily updates on my daughter’s daily activities. I appreciate their mix of free play learning in a structured, classroom setting learning. I think my daughter will be better prepared for Kindergarten because of Concordia.”

About Concordia Place
Concordia Place provides over 38 years of experience in delivering high-quality, private early childhood programming for children six weeks to five years. The child development centered approach provides a well-rounded experience and ensures children are confident, joyful, and prepared to enter kindergarten.
Concordia Place meets the needs of working families. The centers are open from 7 am – 6 pm and offer a sliding scale tuition structure. Classrooms are designed and constructed with children’s learning and nurturing in mind. Our Early Childhood Centers are safe, comfortable places that promote relationships between the teaching staff and young children. The schools offer ample indoor and outdoor space, which allows infants, toddlers, and preschoolers to explore, learn and develop.
Learning Outcomes
Concordia Place evaluates student-learning outcomes utilizing the Teaching Strategies Gold Assessment tool. In fall of 2017, 91% of preschool children and 94% of children entering kindergarten met or exceeded expectations in social-emotional, physical, language, cognitive, literacy, and math development.
