Independent reading time provides students the opportunity to practice what is learned in the reading block. This important time also allows the teacher to check in for student understanding or challenges. During this PD with Kim Peterz Dent\, we will learn more about the intention and importance of Independent reading\, and how to successfully incorporate this literacy component into your literacy block. \nThis event is only open to CLEF teachers.  \nOnce registered\, participants will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link to join the session.
